"As a team, we're really happy we decided to make this. It's a great fun bottle of sparkling rosé. Soft, creamy, and deliciously sweet, this is a truly unique variety, and it is all about creating balance on the palate and not letting that sweetness get sticky. We think we’ve managed that, and we hope you like as much as we do." - Joel Pizzini, Winemaker.
