Jeff Carrel
Having obtained his national diploma for Oenology, Jeff Carrel decided to tour around France, vinifying in Loire, Alsace, Languedoc and Bordeaux. Today he works mainly in Languedoc-Roussillon but also Bordeaux, Beaujolais and Burgundy. He prides himself on creating wines with their own story to tell. With societal and environmental values at the forefront of his mind, he creates his wines to be a true reflection of the people behind them.
