This 100% varietal Malbec is made by Limoux-based winemaker Olivier Baron. We’ve got to know him over the last few vintages and it is always a fun visit for our buyers to blend up the new vintage wines. Olivier has a really lovely touch when it comes to Malbec and produces wines that are exceptionally fruity with seamless balance, loaded with a joyous drinkability, and this release demonstrates that perfectly.

With over 30 years of experience and growing up here, winemaker Oliver Baron knows the vineyards in the beautiful region of Limoux, located at the foothills of the Audoise Pyrenees, like the back of his hand. The diversities of climates, soils, and grape varieties allow him to select the finest plots in order to vinify them and express the aromatic richness and the typicity of each grape variety with the utmost care to reveal the richness of our terroir.
