Vallegarcía's Miriade is our exclusive blend using a selection of the estate's single-varietal parcels. As a 'pago', the producer is assessed on the uniqueness and authenticity of its vineyards so to have access to these parcels is very exciting. The wine shows the fruit-rich nature that the local terroir produces, with abundant varietal character led by Cabernet Sauvignon, balanced by elegance through expert winemaking and barrel ageing in the finest oak barrels.

Adolfo Hornos
Adolfo Hornos heads the winemaking team at the Winery and Vineyard of Pago de Vallegarcía which is found at 850m above sea level in the heart of the 'Montes de Toledo', close to the Cabañeros National Park. The climate in this region is continental with hot, dry summers and cold, damp winters. The wines of Pago de Vallegarcía are entirely made with grapes from its own vineyard. They have opted for the more traditional and recognised high quality French varieties. The owner wanted to give expression to his knowledge of French wines by giving his wines a personality typical of el Pago territory.
