The Wine The Wine
Argentina
Region:Mendoza - Uco Valley
The Uco Valley region, nestled in the shadows of the majestic and snow-capped Andes Mountains, is renowned for its unique microclimate and high-altitude vineyards. These factors contribute to the development of intense flavours and optimal ripening conditions for these Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Each vineyard block is carefully harvested, ensuring that only the finest fruit is selected for fermentation. Then, winemaker Stephen Huse employs traditional winemaking techniques combined with modern expertise to craft a wine that perfectly captures the essence of this magical place. Amada Vista entices the senses with its pronounced aromas of blackcurrant, cassis and hints of clove and mint. The palate is greeted with a harmonious balance of ripe blackberries, dark chocolate and well-integrated oak flavours, supported by silky smooth tannins. The finish is long and satisfying, leaving a lingering impression that speaks to the wine's exceptional quality.
