Produced using the traditional method, Henners Brut NV is a blend of the three classic sparkling grape varieties. Chardonnay leads the blend and gives elegance and finesse, followed by Pinot Noir with its generous fruit and finally Pinot Meunier which adds to the aromatics. These components are blended each year with a proportion of reserve wine to bring additional depth and structure to the final wine after 3 years of ageing.

Collette O'Leary
The Henners wines are made by a small team of just three people: Collette, Will and Samantha. They are involved in every aspect of wine production; from grape to glass. In fact, each team member will handle every bottle two or three times before release and has oversight of every element. Collette joined the team as Head Winemaker in 2019 and really is a tour de force. She oversees the day to day running of the Estate and all aspects of wine production at Henners. Her mission has been to reinvigorate the brand and develop the winery with cutting edge technology to make sure every wine is flawless.
