The team at Zuccardi has taken their flagship Malbec and given it an exhilarating twist. Sure, Malbec is already bold, but one sip of this fortified gem will have you appreciating their brilliant madness. Using the Port method, fermentation is halted with a dash of grape spirit, raising the alcohol and the intrigue. After 24 months in oak, the result is simply spectacular: a luscious yet brooding wine brimming with sweet dark berries, fig, raisin, quince, toasted nuts, and a swirl of cinnamon spice.

"The essence of a great wine is the attention to detail". Rubén has overseen more than 20 vintages at the winery. He has travelled extensively to gain more experience and broaden his knowledge producing vintages in, among others, France, Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Catalonia and Verona, Italy. He is a totally dedicated winemaker who demands full attention to detail and instils a passion for winemaking in everyone he works with.
