Region:Burgundy - Saint-Véran
This lovely domaine, based in the Mâconnais region in Burgundy is owned by Jean-Luc Terrier and Christian Collovray and they produce a wide range of wines that showcase the diverse terroirs of the area. They are best known for their excellent Saint-Véran and it stood out in a recent tasting and we just had to add it to our portfolio! The wine is very together from the nose onwards, the rich fruit is married with oak well. On the palate the wine has a lovely texture and is a perfect combination of decadence and lightness. The finish is very long, and there's elegance to be found in a rich and rounded way.

"Our Saint-Véran has wonderful depth and concentration with a focus on minerality so that the richness doesn't become overwhelming on the palate. An intense white Burgundy with great potential for food matching." - Christian Collovray and Jean-Luc Terrier, Winemakers.
