La Guita is certainly one of the best Manzanilla producers down in Sanlucar de Barrameda, boasting a world-renowned portfolio of wonderfully aged Palamino with the trademark salty tang. Their Manzanilla Pasada En Rama is a small release from a selection of barrels that are put to one side for their unique and special character. Bottling 'en rama' ensures none of that character is lost before it reaches your glass. An incredible aperitif, particularly with any salty snack.

Originally from Barcelona, Victoria used to spend every summer in Sanlucar working with her grandfather in a bodega. She fell in love with the world of Sherry so went on to study a degree in oenology. She then went to join the team at Jose Estevez where she has spent the last 14 years creating exceptional Sherry.
