Getting your hands on some of this in recent times has been a bit of a struggle so we're very pleased to be able to list and stock it. This multi (8 in total) variety blend is a light and creamy fizz that can pair up with all sorts of grilled fish, especially mackerel and sardines. A cracking alternative to Champagne and you can support our wine producers too.

Sam Linter
Sam Linter is owner and head winemaker at this lovely little estate on the South Downs in Sussex. The goal at the estate is a very simple one - to produce the very best wines possible in a sustainable and eco friendly way. They now have just over 15 hectares under vine and the addition of a state of the art winery in 2005 moved things up to the next level of quality. Their wines have gained national and international acclaim and Bolney is a big player in the continued rise of the British wine industry.

There are so many traditional method wines out there from the UK made with only the Champagne varieties and having a point of difference is important.
