A nose of lime, ripe apple and passion fruit shoots from the glass and leads onto a dry, zesty palate. It's super tangy, with lime and peach, with hints of apricot and minerals. It is crisp and refreshing in combination with enough ripe fruit so as to be explosive. Long and complex, it's already a great drink, but it will also age well too. A wine full of verve and energy and a great food wine too
