This wine is a tri-varietal, made under the stringent laws that govern the production of Kosher wine, from the very best old-vine slate and granite vineyards of the steep terraced slopes of the Montsant. From these great hills comes great concentration, intensity and purity, a wine with verve and seductiveness all in one glass. There are bramble and cherry fruits that are backed triumphantly with herbal flavours and a distinctly mineral edge.

Anna Rovira
Anna, an amazing, talented Catalan winemaker, joined Capçanes in 2013. She is also in charge of vineyard control moving Capçanes into organic farming. Anna studied winemaking in Spain and France, and spent half her childhood in her family's vineyards. She is the much needed and highly appreciated feminine element to the team. She favours finesse and elegance, whilst adding a refreshing craziness to our wines - a privilege of her youth. "I love wine, I work with wine.
