If you've marked rosés down as the overly sweet, sickly wines of the Mateus era then think again. Modern rosés are refreshing, fruitier and more substantial than a white but crisper and lighter than a red. They're perfect to enjoy all year round, not only in the summer. This rosé has all the zest and verve of a Pinot Grigio, with some of the flavour and colour from the pink skins squeezed into it.
