The fact is that really good Prosecco is better than middle of the road Champagne. And a darn sight easier on the wallet. What makes it so yummy? Firstly, it's a lovely wine even without the bubbles - fruity and crisp with a tangerine freshness and not too dry. Secondly, our Ombra Frizzante (half sparkling) only has half the bubbles of Champagne - so it is much gentler to drink. You'll love this wine even if you don't like Champagne and the added bonus is that this is a vegan Prosecco and can be partnered with food very easily, too.

"The name of this wine comes from the tradition of drinking a glass of Prosecco in the Campanile in Saint Mark's Square in nearby Venice (Ombra means shadow). It is this idea of simple pleasure that we aim to instil in this wine. Our grapes come from ancient vines on the Dolomite foothills, whilst the wines are made in our state of the art winery outside Venice and are wonderfully fresh, modern and delicious."
