Jean-Luc Terrier, the winemaker, also has an estate in Burgundy and applies all his knowledge equally in both domains. This pale pink wine has a complex nose of red fruits, peach, and flowers. It is fresh and fruity, with a light body and an aromatic finesse. It's thirst-slaking and quite ravishing.

When we were offered a parcel of rosé from Australia’s prestigious Margaret River region - which had been given a huge thumbs up by the team out there - we knew we had to snap it up right away. The next step was to decide how we should package it, and it wasn’t long before we settled on adding it to our exclusive and much-loved The Black Pig The Prize collection. A blend of three staple noble varieties, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, have teamed up to create a textural rosé that combines fruit-forward enjoyment with a subtle savouriness.
