Pinotage is a special grape variety in that it is a combination of Pinot Noir and Cinsault, exclusively planted in South Africa, and tastes nothing like either variety individually. For this bottling, we've teamed it up with Shiraz. We had to bide our time while awaiting the release of the Pizo Gran Reserva. We carefully select parcels of grapes and, once vinified, take something already excellent and amplify it by adding one part of something truly exceptional.
