We worked alongside winemaker Ryno Booysen to blend this single varietal Pinotage that showcases the very best characters and the true style of this flagship Cape variety. A wine that has a pretty side to the fruit character that isn't all brooding and bruising fruit, with a bright juiciness before the long, polished finish that reminds of the classic blackjack sweet.
