Foursquare Spiced is a go-to rum for us, simply because it is a rum that is made properly and tastes wicked. Using whole spices to add the signature spicy flavours and a base of rum that has been aged for a minimum of two years. However, some of the blend is aged for much longer! Foursquare is headed up by Richard Seale, 4th generation of the family and they are one of the most respected operations in the Caribbean, carefully honing their skills since founding in the 1920s. They've seamlessly fused traditional techniques with the latest state-of-the-art methods and we are very keen followers of everything they do.

The Foursquare Distillery on the small Caribbean Island of Barbados located on a former sugar plantation. It was re-opened by one of the most decorated rum producers out there, Richard Seale, 4th generation trader and distiller, back in 1996 and today it is widely regarded and respected as being one of the finest producers of premium rum in the world.
The Perfect Serve The Perfect Serve
Make the guests an amazing, spiced mojito that is simply delicious. In a strong tall glass drop in plenty of fresh mint leaves, three teaspoons of white sugar and a whole lime chopped into quarters. Muddle it all together for 30 seconds or so, pour in 50ml of rum and a tablespoon or so of crushed ice. Give it a stir and top up with fiery ginger beer and get stuck in!
