Jamaica
The Wray and Nephew distillery is part of the Appleton Estate, the oldest sugar estate and distillery on the island of Jamaica. It has been active since 1749, possibly earlier, and is located in the heart of the island in the Nassau Valley. They triple distil their rums, age them for a minimum of a year in 190 litre barrels and this high-end white is steeped with natural coconut essence. It makes a wicked pina colada!
