This is a cracking, full strength release from the brilliant Edinburgh Gin team. Bottled at 40%, this perfectly balanced juniper-forward gin is full of natural flavour. They take their award-winning classic release and infuse it with fresh rhubarb and ginger to create a wonderfully expressive dry gin. The aromas of fresh rhubarb are complemented by a gentle lift of spice, leading on to a silky smooth, full flavoured finish.
The Distillery The Distillery
The Edinburgh Gin Story began in 2010 with the launch of their now iconic Classic London Dry. Head Distiller, David Wilkinson, wanted to make a traditional dry gin but include plenty of native Scottish botanicals in the recipe, namely pine buds, mulberries and cobnuts. As a small-batch distiller, they produce a dynamic range of gins for all occasions. Every bottle of Edinburgh Gin is produced at our West End and Leith Distilleries to their very exacting high-standards.
